If a doctor, or anyone from a medical facility, fills a document form required by the Texas Department of Public Safety regarding driving privileges and adds to the documentation from a computer screen; say at the veterans hospital, or any private hospital computer is a criminal office. The distribution of that information, which is probably bogus anyways, is transferred to all the Private Investigative firms and other state and Federal law enforcement agencies list in the previous paragraph, which is a criminal offense for each count.

The distribution of that information, which is probably bogus anyways, is transferred to all the Private Investigative firms and other state and Federal law enforcement agencies listed in the first paragraph, which is a criminal offense for each count.

Most damaging, now private investigative firms own the information concerning your personal health matters and can sell or pass it on to you employer or future employer and could affect security clearances or loss of employment.

The worst cases are those that are false, and when statement is made  in court of law or perhaps regaining you driving privileges; say you been pull over for a ticket, you might be asked in you have mental problem such as “Do you take medicine.” This type of Breach has a twofold problem 1. The criminal distribution of the private medical information, in the first place is a crime 2. Bias and discrimination when giving testimony to a police office or if the police officer ignores your complaint because of the information that has been shared, usually on a data system or computer when they run you license.
