 i. The abuse was so far-reaching that it was bizarre; however, the events were a matter of fact for each and every event noted. We were not believed and accused of being delusional and forced treatment by toxic medicines for an illness we never had or did they include Suzanne with each event.

ii.  I am multicultural although I Caucasian and accused of being a Chinese Spy .

iii. I am Hindu and I am a full fledge Guru High Innate equal to a Doctorate of Divinity protected by a letter from George W. Bush, cut off from communication from my students and forced to call myself a Mystic in academic terms.

iv. I am 55 years old and Suzanne is 56 years old and we denied access to employment or self-sufficiency of a teaching creative arts home business that closed due to harassment.

v. We were both political targets of the Texas Republican Rick Perry Tea Party Rebellion April 2009, who declared holy war against the United States of America and I am honorable discharge Vietnam era disabled veteran, of the USAF and Texas Air National Guard that the Governor threatened the United States of Activation which still includes me. His treasonous behavior was reported by me in a timely manner to the O.I.G and is not the same Tea Party of today.

vi. Threat to my family from individuals that identified themselves as CIA and Secret Service about our association with another disabled person. We believe these people were a Private Security Firm and or an illegal Texas Secret Militia, who divulged information I furnished as a sworn Top Secret agent of the United States Military for life. Also, they attempted to sentence my brother (other disabled person) indefinitely to a Texas Prison by testing the new NDAA law.

Reason for Complaint: The Team never believed anything we said and we are still suffering the effects of them not prosecuting the abusers. The destruction and manipulation of valid HHSC, police, FBI, Secret Service, CIA records and a matter of Court records April 2009 Blanco Texas and Jourdanton Texas June 13 2012.

 I believe we were discriminated against because:

Background the Team failed to follow through with an appeal I placed with the Department of Education or did they work all claims properly. Both I and Suzanne Cash suffered from continuous stalking and retaliation, on and off campus until this date by deadly force and a Texas system sharing program to include private security firms such as Bain & co or Digital Alley and Texas Fusion Centers.  Allegations include but not limited to:

1. Misrepresentation of Medical Records (At the time and per University law - all students with a disability were included as people with mental illnesses, which is false.)

2. Medical Records Breach (Used for Targeting and demoralization, Includes breach to a foreign entity in India doing research of disabled adults with mental illness but my disability was limited mobility)

3. Reduce Financial Aid (ORC Complaint 06-09-0441)

4. Access to Programs Denied (Paid $5,000.00 To register with another University the University of Houston, while I was a victim of International Stalking Retaliation of a Disabled Veteran  by an agent from  UTSA paid for by Federal  funds. They paid the stalkers way but not mine!)

5. Police Discrimination (FBI Special Agent Mario Villa 210-225-6741 San Antonio Texas Police Report Number 2007-304B)

6. Disability Office secretly meets with all my professors

7. Staff aids assigned as my classmates to report my behavior to the NCHRM model and Cubase or CUBASS

8. Behavioral Assessment by counselors and staff as if I were a dangerous threat

9. Mistreatment by third party business

10. Transfer of Medical Privacy Information to a foreign entity

11. State and Federal Student Aid Inquires to third party government agency ordered not to answer

12. Stalked by Drone

13. Stalked by Armed Domestic Helicopter (three killed last 4 months and Texas is the only state that they are armed)

14. Hit by a bio-lethal electronic device

15. The control of devices in our house such as electricity and television programs used for psychological testing and behavioral control; controlled from a remote location.

19. Five years of my entire extended family being stalked and retaliation

I received an email not long ago that stated, “Who do you think you are any-ways?” What the writer was trying to say, why anybody would waste their time on you, or who do I think am anyways to draw such attention. 

I think the bigger question would be why haven’t they just bumped me off if I was in their way? Simply put, they need me or I would be already dead. The other factor is I am being stalked by criminal elements as well as protective, which are not targeting me but each other.
