I, __________ would of otherwise participated in a free market if not for the intervention of unknown parties  and the denial of legal representation provide by the Federal Government to State of Texas through grants provided to represent the disabled or those in need.

Lastly, My family, self and thousands of residents of Texas are victims of Bio-Chemical Convert and Overt Pharmaceutical Testing on Human Subjects in the state of Texas, most notably was the illegal distribution of VIOXX advertised as a miracle drug to replace known safe narcotics with a few dental trials in Austin Texas that left 250,000 at the gates of death and 88,000 dead, who can longer speak for themselves.

These numbers do not represent an isolated case, or all inclusive to Crimes Against Humanity commented by the state of Texas under the dictating RP8 executive order of Richard James Perry, who was not elected by the people, and who is the causal factor of Oppression, Genocide, Denial of Due Process and Equal Protection under law, only afforded to the few associated with the Governor of Texas Richard James Perry.
