Why Do You Slam Me And Why Do You Cram Me It Must Be A Texas Tradition

After Filing Criminal Charges Against The State of Texas
Who Pays For Verizon Cramming Third Party Billing Government Archiving?
View In Your Browser

Phoney Telephone Calls?

Do you own a land line supported by Verizon? There is a class action settlement for improper billing called Cramming, and the other is called Third Party Billing or Slamming. The settlement only pays $40.00 unless you can show over-billing between the periods of 2005 and 2012. You can request a copy of the overcharges at this Link: Moore

Settlement http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/gadgets/news/how-to-find-and-fight-illegal-charges-on-your-phone-bill

After reviewing the documents, I began to wonder who pays for the government archiving of our phone calls in Texas. All phone calls and all emails are stored and collected in the State of Texas to protect us from Terrorist in the name of National Security, justified by the 911 Patriot Act.

Verizon won the snooping contract back in the George Bush era, which seems to be overkill for the government to subpoena Google, for something Verizon should already have.  I also know that I paid for long distance calls to find out who was Geo-spatial Tracking me, with a false identity; only to find out that The Third Party at the other end forgot, which phoney company name they used, to call me in the first place.

Lastly, when The Third Party that is Archiving your telephone conversations, say calls to China, when do they get off the phone? Do they hang up before you’re finished or do you pay for additional minutes, so they can archive?

What has really got me worked up, do we pay for the Government Archiving of our own phone calls and emails by adding the charges to snoop, to everybody’s bill?

1. Phone Call archiving begs the question, who pays for the extra minutes if they go over?

2. Phone Call archiving requires a third party contractor. Who pays for this service? Does the government pay for the third party service or do we individually or collectively pay for this service?

3. Phone and email archiving requires a third party contractor. Does the government just tell Version to add it to their basic operational cost and pass it on to the consumer?

4. One aspect of Geo-spatial Tracking, confirming you are the person they have targeted, or actually at that place at that time, because of one reason or the other, is an irritation at the least. They use all kinds of aliases from college tuition programs, to the annual police barbeque. I call these phoney calls Geospatial Confirmation (Emperical Rule).  I have paid for long distance calls just to confirm that they are phoney and work for NSA as contractors. Shouldn't I be reimbursed for those phone calls?

5. Geospatial Confirmation has been used to threaten others or to get them to act. I know of one case, the victim left their home, thinking it was an emergency to aid a family member, totaled their car on the way and now suffers from permanent brain injuries. Shouldn’t the contractor hired by NSA pay for the injuries?

6. Under the Supreme Court ruling Citizens United, NSA contractors are private corporations with the rights of a person and do not have to disclose, who the third party is they shared your personal information or intimate phone calls. Citizens United or corporate person-hood, gives the corporations the rights of person, while taking away your rights as a person. After reviewing the documentation regarding third party billing by Verizion, they don’t know whose phone calls they are archiving or if they are actually getting all the phone calls archived.

7. Outside of NSA, the state hires Private Investigative Firms to spy on you, because they do not have access to NSA. Who pays for these private investigative firms and what business is it of the state, if National Security rest in the powers of the Federal Government? Again these private firms are protected from disclosure under the Supreme Court Ruling Citizens united.

My District Attorney the Honorable Rene M. Pena Wilson County Texas, has yet to respond to my legitimate valid criminal complaint, which endangers the citizens of the Texas 28th District by not pursuing such allegations. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, explains that they will take the lead, investigating such claims if the justice department refuses to prosecute high ranking officials.

Can anybody answer these questions? I’ll be dammed, if I’m the idiot that sends an email to the NSA OIG and ask a reasonable rational question.

"Director of National Intelligence James Clapper announced the plan Monday to plug up leaks of sensitive information."

Texas Gang of Four Political Targeting

Update 02/19/2013  As Requested Part 2 Moving Forward

Update 01/012013

This South Texans Family Has No Objection Additional Drones and Domestic Helicopters

"It Not the Tracking It Is the Attacking"

"It Not the Tracking It Is the Attacking"

As reported by Tech News Daily  Jan 30, 2013 02:58 PM ET, Drones will be used to watch over U.S. Highways, which terrifies thousands of Texas Citizens that been threatened by deadly force by aerospace domestic surveillance, the crimes have been reported and on record in 2012.

Aerospace Domestic Surveillance has been in existence over fifty years and has been fully operational in the state of Texas  - and you thought domestic surveillance was a new concept!

We should review several criminal complaints over the last 30 years concerning Aerospace Domestic Surveillance  used to target and threaten citizens, without due cause as recently reported by the FBI.

Some of the most recent criminal cases are in State of Texas, who arm these craft with non-lethal devices and deadly weapons; however, have failed to identify the aircraft as United States Registered Operators or even paint Police on the sides, which may have cause the death of two innocent people. The deceased were shot dead for fleeing the unmarked machines in fear for their lives, less than sixty days ago in South Central Texas.

The most recent tragic event, occurred after several complaints to the Justice Department and Congressional investigation, including the Texas U.S. Senate. In addition, there were several criminal complaints
waiting for a response by Atacosta County Texas Sheriffs Office, after notification was given to the FBI San Antonio Office April 2009, 2010, 2012, Blanco County Court Texas April 2009, Office of Civil Rights Texas and Human Health Services 2010, as well as several Civil Right Complaints to Homeland Security 2012.

Depending on your particular geo-spatial position at the time of the attack, U.S. Drones and helicopters can easily be understood as a terrorist threat, than law enforcement or as friendlies. One of our Allies President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan, chief complaint, domestic helicopters. In Texas these attacks have come to be known as Joycopting; however, after the deaths and threats by deadly force there is no "Joy In Copting."

Two cases of rape recently made the headlines in India that occurred with the aid of public buses. Local officials crack down on not only the rapist, but the vehicle or Public Buses that aided the crimes by design, policy, and personal training; excluding one of the drivers involved with the rape.

When cases of death and life threatening coercion, criminal charges are reported  and the vehicle of choice for Political Targets, Stalking and Retaliation by deadly force are Texas Black Domestic Helicopters,
controlled by a Texas bias Fusion Center Network funded by federal dollars is defined to be State Sponsored Terrorism by the Supreme Court in 2012.

Most importantly, the Fast and Furious political smoke screen, a sad day for the fallen officer and his family, was spot lighted to divert the public's attention away from the real source of Texas state corruption, which extends to the highest levels of public trust, reported August 1, 2012 by the Committee On Oversight and Government U.S. House of Representatives.

An interesting advance is the neutralization of drone domestic surveillance  by  approval from the FAA allowing private citizens to design, build, and operate their own licensed drone for farm or ranch use. Their is a strict criteria for the design and development, as long as the work is "not for hire."

I have already made several moves to capitalize on my own design and possible manufacturing of drones, targeting sales to private citizens.
I also have a criminal charge filed with the Atascosa County Sheriffs Department, because the drone is also connected to the Fusion Center Network recently reported by the FBI for targeting innocent citizens without one single terrorist referral as follows:

Obama Administration Approves Farm and Ranch Drones
Tired of State Private Investigative Security Firms Casing your Farm or Ranch?

Own Your Own Drone!

The FAA is now issuing experimental certificates for civil Drone use as long as you apply and DO NOT take fees for experimental cost or “for hire.” You must maintain a valid certificate from FAA, and cannot operate more than one mile from you remote location.

Tired of Private Security Firms Casing your Farm or Ranch in South Texas? These private detectives are not law enforcement and prone to trespass, hack into your communication systems, and commit unwarranted searches that are reported to police, true or false, can endanger your family and a potential liability loss of farm assets.

We do not and should have concern with the Federal Government or our local elected representative; however, Texas State leadership has failed us, while at the same time profited from the illegal gathering of information about you, your family, property, and mineral resources.

Backroom closed door decisions have been made concerning you and your family without your knowledge or presence, which means those decisions, were in favor of those behind closed doors – NOT YOU! Think about It?

Military Drone Crashes Mount Overseas
Military.com December 01, 2012

Seven U.S. Air Force drones have crashed at civilian airports in the past two years, The Washington Post reported Friday, raising questions about the safety of the unmanned surveillance planes as the administration seeks to expand their use both domestically and abroad. Five of the crashes took place in Djibouti, and two in the Seychelles Islands, according to the Post report. All of the drones were being remotely piloted by contractors when they crashed.

Helicopter stunt creates buzz at Patriot High School  Washington Post Sept. 12 2012
It’s unclear exactly how the helicopter stunt was planned and even who was in the aircraft, though school officials said the boy’s father asked the principal for permission to have a helicopter fly in and drop the stuffed animal. The boy’s father is a senior official in air operations at U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Reports of the incident irked CBP officials when they were made aware of photographs showing the aircraft looming close overhead Patriot students.

“We are aware of reports that a locally based CBP helicopter was used improperly by local CBP personnel Sept. 12,” officials said in a statement. “CBP management is looking into the matter and the pilot in command of the aircraft has been relieved and reassigned to administrative duties pending completion of the review of the incident.”

Texas Family Stalked
By Border Drone
05/18/2012
100 Miles North Of The Border
Do you have ancestral roots in South Central Texas? You might want to eat out less this week and invest the savings in a tank of gas and spend some time in La Salle County Texas, reading tomb stones of family pioneers that lay in rest on the biggest oil/ Gas boom that has hit Texas sense the 1950's. You won't see much if you take the beaten path of I35 South towards Laredo; just miles of sage brush, cactus, and mesquite trees.

Bring along the camera too, you might get lucky like we did and spot a UFO. Yesterday after driving for 45 minutes hypnotized to the road mirages of summer heat, a kid in the back seat says, "Look a flying saucer!" I immediately said, “Is it a bird, Is it's a plane. No! It's Super Drone!" A drone is a just a remotely piloted model aircraft; however, capable of reading a milk carton a 20,000 feet, unable to read a license plate at a right angle or straight down.

That makes me, the first redneck to sight a Texas Border Drone, July 7, 2011. This was not a coincidence, the aircraft descended to tree top altitude to get a reading off our family automobile license plate and photographs of the occupants. We were being stalked by NSA's global geospatial tracking of individual targets. This was not target practice or a routine run.
