Bob Fertik Dear Supporter, Last night, the Texas Senate passed Rick Perry's abortion ban. They ignored the massive outcry from thousands of women and men, here in Texas and across the country. They ignored the deeply personal, moving testimony of women who came to the Capitol to tell their stories, and the courageous 11-hour people's filibuster, led by Senator Wendy Davis. They ignored the words of doctors and medical professionals who stood against this outrageous attack on women's health. And they ignored the wishes of Texans, 80% of whom said they did not want this bill. It's the same story we're seeing in North Carolina, in Wisconsin, and in Congress. A small group of opponents have proven time and again that they will stop at nothing to force their agenda on women nationwide. But this moment isn't about them. It's about us. It's about what you and I have seen happen in the past few weeks. It's about college students and grandmothers and doctors and teachers and dads and nuns and so many others shouting, "ENOUGH!" And I know, without a doubt, that you and I aren't going anywhere. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and we are in it for the long run. In Texas, and across the nation. Say it with me. Say it to women in Texas, and to Rick Perry. Say it to John Kasich, Jack Dalrymple and every single lawmaker trying to shut down women's access to care. Listen up, lawmakers: we're still here, we're still standing, and we're in it for the long run. You might not see us crowding your corridors and objecting from the balconies, but make no mistake, we are still here. We are in Texas, in North Carolina, in Ohio, and every place a small group of politicians tries to turn back the hands of time on women and rights. We're still here — and we're not going anywhere. We're in it for the long run... and we are bigger and more determined every day. When you shut down health centers, when you trample women's basic rights, when you expose the plain contempt you feel for women who want nothing more than to make their own medical decisions — we get stronger. When you twist the rules and abuse your power to force your ideology on women, we get louder. And when you stand between a woman and her doctor, you remind us of what we're fighting for. We are in it for the long run. No matter how long it takes, no matter how hard you push your ideology, no matter what — millions of people like me will stand up, speak up, and stay there. Texas women can wave goodbye to their private health decisions.

Dear ACLU of Texas supporter, Rick Perry's at it AGAIN. He and his cronies in the Texas Legislature want  to be your doctors. Tell your legislator that you've had enough! Women don't turn to politicians for advice about mammograms, pre-natal  care or cancer treatments: and Texas women feel strongly that politicians   should not be involved in personal medical decisions about their   pregnancies. At the Governor's urging, the Texas Legislature is once again trying to interfere  with a woman's most personal and private decisions. Some politicians are trying to pass laws that would take the decision about  abortion away from a woman and her family. They plan to shut down women's  health centers, ban abortion at a point in pregnancy when a woman might learn  about serious medical complications, and much more. Support Texas women, urge your elected representatives to vote no on any  measure that blocks access to women's health services. Tell your legislator: DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS WOMEN. Per my phone call with CXXXXX MXXXX the office of Texas Senator Carlos Uresit office "The VA issue is closed they called me Thursday last week and I would have a determination in four weeks" the same thing happened in 2010, I received a phone call from VA D.C. and told I would have determination in Four Weeks.  

I was lied too again! Reopen the case against the VA for data manipulation and abuse of my case! This has been going on for 20 years!

Open and pursue every line item including my complaints with the Department of Homeland Security (I Am A FAA) and Human Health Services Dallas Office of Civil Rights and Governor Rick Perry to the fullest extent of the law.

He does not return my phone calls or has he fixed the web access to the appropriate congressman (5 Years Now) , so by law if you are the only one I contact you must deliver the message to my correct congressman - Please do so or handle the criminal case FBI on file.
