"We The People" United States citizens who reside in the state of Texas, make a plea to the Honorable Barack Obama President to declare a State of Emergency and remove Texas Governor Rick Perry from office based on Insanity and/or Mental Incompetency.

The Governor is so far removed by distance, suffers from an Elite Class Delusional Cyber- Universe, and grandiose dreams of becoming the next President of the United States of America; he has attacked his own people with federal funding and Military Aircraft while ignoring a State of emergency concerning brutal killings and torture in the bordering Districts of Texas.

The Texas Governor is internationally known as the "Backbone of Anti-American Human Rights Resentment” created by his dangerous rhetoric and total disregard of executive orders of both President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama, and the International Community.

President Bush Instructed the Governor of Texas State Courts to give 51 Mexican Nationals facing the Death Penalty new hearings that never happened! Governor Rick Perry formed the backbone of Anti-American Resentment within months of becoming Governor of Texas replacing George Bush after his election to the President of The United States in the year 2000.

Blame is now unduly placed on Internet postings by brave concerned citizens of Mexico and Texas residents of bordering districts of the Republic of Mexico, begging for aid and assistance by blog postings which have become the only means of contemporary communications to report the brutal atrocities of innocent people of both nations. NEW YORK (AP) — A former governor of a Mexican state who admitted to conspiring to launder money in a New York drug case was sentenced Friday to just under 11 years in prison, but may face as little as three more years behind bars in the United States.

Mario Ernesto Villanueva Madrid, 64, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Manhattan to 10 years and 11 months in prison after he pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy to commit money laundering. He was originally accused of conspiring to import hundreds of tons of cocaine.

Villanueva Madrid, a former governor of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo, has been jailed since 2001, when he was first charged with similar crimes in Mexico.

Outside court, defense attorney Richard Lind said he was pleased with the sentence, saying it was likely that Villanueva Madrid will serve only about three years in prison once he is credited with time he has already served in Mexican and U.S. prisons and gets additional credit for good behavior.

Charles Koch--of the infamous Koch brothers--must have listened when the media called Republicans technologically obsolete after the 2012 election, because he just sponsored an event called "Liberty Hackathon - Preparing the New GOP Digital Platform."

For those of you not immersed in the tech world, hackathons are like mini-conferences for techies. There's lots of Red Bull and camaraderie and coding all night. They're where relationships are formed and big ideas dreamed up. Teams come out of the experience with a finished product that might just be able to change the world. And these events have always been incubators for talent on the left.

So far the various right-wing attempts to copy our work, and the work of other Democratic groups, have mostly failed. But now Charles Koch is counting on his cash jump-starting the Republicans so they can catch up to us with events like this hackathon. We can't let that happen.

Can you chip in $5 a month, or whatever you can afford, to help us show the Kochs that they can't buy innovation?

Now that even mainstream Republicans have opened their eyes - and their wallets - to the possibilities of technology, they've actually got time to create a tech infrastructure that could help them as soon as 2014.

The Koch's money means that they can lure talented programmers from the private sector to their cause. That's not what we're about here at ActBlue.

In April 2009, Rick Perry succeeded from the Union founding an organized rebellion (paid for by the state) by posting the 'Stop' web page instructing all Texas employees to group together and rebel against the Constitution of the United States as members of the "Tea Party" rebellion targeting not just the new presidential administration but the Honorable Barack Obama personally.  He also stated to the Media that he would activate the Texas Air Guard if necessary. He did so under Texas executive order RPO8 before today's Tea Party was known. The Insurrection and Tea Party Rebellion against the Constitution of the United States of America is not the same as the Tea Party Today.
