Governor Rick Perry formed the backbone of Anti-American Resentment within months of becoming Governor of Texas replacing George Bush after his election to the President of The United States in the year 2000.

Blame is now unduly placed on internet postings by brave concerned citizens of Mexico and Texas residents of bordering districts of the Republic of Mexico, begging for aid and assistance by blog postings which have become the only means of contemporary communications to report the brutal atrocities of innocent people of both nations.

After reviewing the documents, I began to wonder who pays for the government archiving of our phone calls in Texas. All phone calls and all emails are stored and collected in the State of Texas to protect us from Terrorist in the name of National Security, justified by the 911 Patriot Act.

Verizon won the snooping contract back in the George Bush era, which seems to be overkill for the government to subpoena Google, for something Verizon should already have.  I also know that I paid for long distance calls to find out who was Geo-spatial Tracking me, with a false identity; only to find out that The Third Party at the other end forgot, which phoney company name they used, to call me in the first place. 

Lastly, when The Third Party that is Archiving your telephone conversations, say calls to China, when do they get off the phone? Do they hang up before you’re finished or do you pay for additional minutes, so they can archive? 

What has really got me worked up, do we pay for the Government Archiving of our own phone calls and emails by adding the charges to snoop, to everybody’s bill?

1. Phone Call archiving begs the question, who pays for the extra minutes if they go over?


2. Phone Call archiving requires a third party contractor. Who pays for this service? Does the government pay for the third party service or do we individually or collectively pay for this service?


3. Phone and email archiving requires a third party contractor. Does the government just tell Version to add it to their basic operational cost and pass it on to the consumer?


4. One aspect of Geo-spatial Tracking, confirming you are the person they have targeted, or actually at that place at that time, because of one reason or the other, is an irritation at the least. They use all kinds of aliases from college tuition programs, to the annual police barbeque. I call these phoney calls Geospatial Confirmation (Emperical Rule).  I have paid for long distance calls just to confirm that they are phoney and work for NSA as contractors. Shouldn't I be reimbursed for those phone calls?

5. Geospatial Confirmation has been used to threaten others or to get them to act. I know of one case, the victim left their home, thinking it was an emergency to aid a family member, totaled their car on the way and now suffers from permanent brain injuries. Shouldn’t the contractor hired by NSA pay for the injuries?


6. Under the Supreme Court ruling Citizens United, NSA contractors are private corporations with the rights of a person and do not have to disclose, who the third party is they shared your personal information or intimate phone calls. Citizens United or corporate person-hood, gives the corporations the rights of person, while taking away your rights as a person. After reviewing the documentation regarding third party billing by Verizion, they don’t know whose phone calls they are archiving or if they are actually getting all the phone calls archived. 


7. Outside of NSA, the state hires Private Investigative Firms to spy on you, because they do not have access to NSA. Who pays for these private investigative firms and what business is it of the state, if National Security rest in the powers of the Federal Government? Again these private firms are protected from disclosure under the Supreme Court Ruling Citizens united.  

My District Attorney the Honorable Rene M. Pena Wilson County Texas, has yet to respond to my legitimate valid criminal complaint, which endangers the citizens of the Texas 28th District by not pursuing such allegations. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, explains that they will take the lead, investigating such claims if the justice department refuses to prosecute high ranking officials.

Can anybody answer these questions? I’ll be dammed, if I’m the idiot that sends an email to the NSA OIG and ask a reasonable rational question.

Private Security Firms do not have the rights of a person; especially, if they have any level of a National Security clearance. These Private Security Firms have a history of bringing harm or even death to innocent private citizens of the United States.

Furthermore, not even the, FBI, CIA, or any other Law enforcement agency has any authorization to contact, investigate, or prosecute Private Security Firms or Firms Contracted by NSA or NSA itself! 

NSA and the Department of Defense has authorization to use non-lethal weapons or deadly force against any real or perceived  threat to National Security, and history reveals that they do use deadly force; even ungodly Human Experimentation Applications on citizens of the United States of America, unknowingly as the subjects of such experimentation. 

Bio Non-lethal and deadly Human Experimentation is being done at this moment by NSA, who is quick to say the attacks are from foreign countries in order to protect the agency, and to rob the Federal Government of more funds. Who is responsible for NSA? The United States Senate. Why has my Senator not taken steps to protect his own people in Texas from abuse of NSA? 

The Senate does not dare take action against the programs of NSA for fear of reprisal from NSA, which makes NSA an enemy of the State. Seventy-five percent of NSA programs are unnecessary, some deadly to innocent U.S. citizens. These programs should be dissolved as the highest priority of Congress, which would  balance the budget at the same time the moment the funds are cut, today, not 20 years from now! [In Retrospect this not a good idea! Be happy "Somebody is Always Watching" out for you and me!]

This is why Republicans attack programs like social security, medicare, and swimming pool accessibly for the disabled, to divert political attention away from their own inside trading investments in NSA and Private Security Firms.

Furthermore; a mountain of evidence exist, these agencies can be triggered by a teenager, simply writing a blog, to take swift military action in the wrong direction, bringing harm or even death to the innocent. Politicians use the National Security trigger all the time, to squash decent, retaliation, and to hold power such as in the State of Texas.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A multibillion-dollar information-sharing program created in the aftermath of 9/11 has improperly collected information about innocent Americans and produced little valuable intelligence on terrorism, a Senate report concludes. It portrays an effort that ballooned far beyond anyone's ability to control.

What began as an attempt to put local, state and federal officials in the same room analyzing the same intelligence has instead cost huge amounts of money for data-mining software, flat screen televisions and, in Arizona, two fully equipped Chevrolet Tahoes that are used for commuting, investigators found.

The lengthy, bipartisan report is a scathing evaluation of what the Department of Homeland Security has held up as a crown jewel of its security efforts. The report underscores a reality of post-9/11 Washington: National security programs tend to grow, never shrink, even when their money and manpower far surpass the actual subject of terrorism. Much of this money went for ordinary local crime-fighting.

PHOENIX (AP) — Friendly fire likely was to blame in a shooting near the Arizona-Mexico line that killed one federal agent and wounded another, the FBI said, noting the investigation was still ongoing in the case that reignited the political debate over border security.

"There are strong preliminary indications that the death of United States Border Patrol Agent Nicholas J. Ivie and the injury to a second agent was the result of an accidental shooting incident involving only the agents," FBI Special Agent in Charge James L. Turgal Jr. said in a statement Friday.
