Amateur Texas Astronomer finds a Black loophole that deprives the Federal Government of Billions of tax revenue under the guise of collecting from the poor and needy. Give me some more time. I need the professionals in finance and accounting (Phd’s) to see the error of their ways first, as reported to the OCR Dallas who did nothing; just to make sure what I am saying is correct.
